Downloads are top-notch and hassle-free. I only encountered one issue, but it wasn't on their end, and they refunded my cash without any fuss. Getting the downloads is a breeze.

"An exceptionally organized site."
Placing orders for recording downloads has been a breeze for me, having done it multiple times. My only complaint is that I have to enter my name and address each time I log in.

New recordings keep coming out like water from a well-connected faucet. If only these life-enhancing items could be accessible to those who want them but can't afford many or any.

"Enhance Your Understanding of Your Music Setup and Computer File Management"
There’s been zero chatter about anything—service, delivery, or quality. Switching from physical CDs to downloads a few years back was a breeze, and I didn’t even struggle with the download process. (I was 72 at that time and not exactly a computer whiz.) I’m also quite pleased with Presto for having a wide range of popular labels and music formats like Flac and High Res.

"Great experience with downloading classical tunes..."
For around 3 years, I've been grabbing albums, and only once did I hit a snag, which turned out to be an issue with the record label, not the download itself. They offered me a refund, but I passed since the tracks were all good to go. I think the whole downloading gig from Presto is super straightforward, and their library has a solid selection. It's pretty uncommon for me to not find what I'm after. Plus, ordering a download is a breeze, especially when using Paypal to pay.

"Awesome place to grab classical music tracks"
The sample track player is fantastic, making it easy for me to figure out if I wanna buy the recording or not. Buying stuff is super easy. My only gripe is that I really miss your previous search engine, which you swapped out a while ago for something that's just not as good. The old version had an advanced search option that was way better than what we've got now.

"My Go-To for Downloads"
I grab my downloads from a bunch of places, but Presto is by far the simplest and most straightforward. If I can, I always check this site first. Only when Presto doesn’t have the recording I need do I look elsewhere. Usually, the searching, purchasing, paying, and downloading can be a hassle, uncomfortable, and just not user-friendly.
